♥ How Do I Know If My Order Has Already Been Noted Down ?
After Sending In Your Order Forms , A Confirmation E-mail Will Be Sent Out To You Within 24hrs.
♥ Can I Add / Change My Orders ?
Yes You Can . But Please Retrain From Doing So Too Often As We Might Get Mixed Up With The Other Orders.
♥ Can I Cancel My Orders ?
You Can Only Cancel Your Order If You've Not Made The Payment. Once Payment Is Made, There Is No Backing Out.
♥ I have not received the confirmation email of my order or payment.
Please email us again if we did not reply you after 48 hours. Alternatively, drop a message at the enquiry board to notify us. We will forward the confirmation email to you as at times, Hotmail do experience delay in sending the emails.
